Every staff member plays a part in a pet’s length of stay – from marketing to animal care, adoptions to medical, and everything in between. The Jacksonville Humane Society’s strategic, data-driven approach has succeeded in lowering the length of stay for dogs to 11 days and cats to 17 days (including foster care). In this session, you will learn how to assemble your own Long Stay Task Force, implement practical changes to your protocols and start making measurable progress towards your lifesaving goals.
