We will take a look at the emotions and frustrations we face which can lead to things like compassion fatigue and burn out\, and which can also leave us questioning ourselves and even our ability to move forward. Come join us as we explore opportunities to move through our busy days (and save lives!) with more space and less reactivity.\n\nAfter this session\, you’re invited to continue the exploration with our Foundations of Mindfulness course\, starting April 25th-open to all animal welfare team members!\n\nThere are NO REQUIRED REGISTRATION FEES. Ever. For any of our courses. It is our intent that the teachings of mindfulness remain available to all who may benefit\, regardless of their ability to pay.
