In many of these situations\, you may need to document the animals’ condition without the assistance of a veterinarian or experienced humane law enforcement officer. Nina is a Certified Animal Cruelty Investigator\, a Certified Animal Welfare Administrator\, and an Animal Control Officer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
