Animal control facilities are increasingly tasked with responding to wildlife issues in their community\, but standard operating procedures often stand in the way of achieving humane outcomes for wildlife. \nThis discussion will combine what we already know with what we are learning from our partners to provide shelters with more resources for staff and the public on humanely solving conflicts with wildlife.
