Calling all vets: special UW & ASV shelter medicine national rounds session for veterinarians to discuss HQHVSN on 3/23, Tue, from 3-430pm CST
UW & ASV will be holding a series of shelter medicine national rounds sessions for veterinarians to learn and hear from our colleagues about the challenges you face practicing shelter medicine and the implications of these challenges on animal sheltering and community wellbeing. This first session will be on Tues, 3/23, at 3-430pm CST focusing on: the relationship of HQHVSN to access to care. We’ll break out into small discussion groups to hear each other’s thoughts on the future of HQHVSN as shelter medicine continues to evolve and grow. You might have read that recent VIN article (“Have s/n policies in the U.S. been too effective?”)…so let’s talk about that and more with candor and openness.
