Post-COVID many shelters are telling us they feel like they are working beyond their capacity right now. We want to hear from you and give you all an opportunity to learn from each other. What are the things you think are the contributing factors that are pushing you over your capacity? Or if you aren’t feeling over capacity, what do you think is helping you not to be? Please join us with some thoughts to share. We will be breaking into small groups for about 25 minutes and then meeting back together as a large group to report back on what was discussed in small groups.
