When disaster strikes, it’s important to be on your game with respect to social media. Angelina Martin is an expert in this area and will give you all the great tips on how to use social media to get what you need and communicate effectively with members of your community. From crisis communications plans, to educational graphics and managing information and updates, Angelina will cover how to communicate effectively before, during, and after disasters and emergencies.

Angelina Martin takes online media marketing and reputation management to higher levels of engagement through efficient, engaging, and compelling storytelling for government organizations and NPOs, increasing brand awareness. Through compelling photography, videography, and simple graphics she has helped grow strong and positive reputations for animal organizations who need a larger media presence. Throughout several emergencies and disasters Angelina has ensured the local (and worldwide) online community is aware of necessary, detailed and correct information, including awareness of staff and volunteer efforts, boosting grant funding and donations, and also greatly improving morale. Since 2016, Angelina has managed social media for Sonoma County Animal Services, Sonoma CART, and/or Napa CART providing marketing efforts, emergency/disaster information and strategic planning.
