Dr. Osborn is a 2005 graduate of The Ohio State University. She started in a mixed-animal practice in Western New York; after a few years, she focused on small animal medicine and surgery. Before joining IDEXX in 2016, she worked in two different private practices as well as doing relief work. Her career at IDEXX started with supporting the Upstate New York region as a Professional Services Veterinarian. In the fall of 2019, she moved to the Commercial Learning team to launch the North America Regional Thought Leaders program where she is now the Sr. Manager of Commercial Learning Enablement. As both a practitioner and industry professional, she has seen the power of connections in communications, and in October 2020, she became a certified Client Practitioner with Insights Discovery.
