The role of field services is not limited to enforcement of public safety, but should be embraced as the first responders to pet support services and community engagement! This often includes a primary responsibility of their role to pick up lost pets and transporting to the shelter in the hopes an owner would retrieve them. HASS asks, what if this wasn’t the only method for field services to support lost pet reunification?
