Join Michelle Stern for this webinar where attendees will learn more about how best to place rescue/shelter/breeder dogs into families with children.

We will discuss some of the challenges for parents raising dogs and kids together. We will focus on decompression, safety, and management for new adopters. During the webinar, we will also discuss what to look for when it comes to matching dogs with families, red flags, and conversation prompts to guide families during the adoption/placement process.

  • Attendees will learn about the challenges of placing dogs with families who have children.
  • The canine body language to look for during the meet & greet phase.
  • How shelter and rescue staff can implement a strategy to help families pick a suitable dog making adoptions more successful in families with kids
