Everyone wants to be the boss! Or so they think… In this presentation, Pasco County Assistant Director Spencer Conover will take you through the challenges of today’s leaders, discuss cultural differences in today’s workforce, and discuss solutions for today’s progressive leaders.
Although examples will be taken from the presenter’s experience in the Animal Welfare industry, Spencer Conover has also led the Pasco County Leadership Development Program and worked with leaders across 57 different departments within County Government. The lessons learned in this presentation will help shape any aspiring leader or help reinvigorate the most seasoned executive leader.
