California for All Animals Presents: NJoin Melissa Gomez (SF SPCA Community Workforce Manager) and Elsa Ramos (Friends of Oakland Animal Services Bilingual Adoption Coordinator) as they share their journey of creating meaningful connections with Latine pet guardians and discover how you can bring these welcoming approaches to your own organization! Learn about successful volunteer translator programs, community ambassador initiatives, and other approaches that have helped community members feel truly welcomed and supported.

Maddie’s Fund Presents: This presentation provides foster caregivers and adopters with the tools to recognize, prevent, and manage common infectious diseases in cats. Topics include ringworm, panleukopenia, calicivirus, upper respiratory disease, toxoplasmosis, parasites, FeLV, FIV, and FIP. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of what these diseases are, how they spread, and any risks they may pose to humans.
