NACA/Justice Clearinghouse Presents: Drs. Abby Sage and Jennifer LaPlume will use forms they have developed to walk you through the pre-planning steps for an equine cruelty investigation, including on-site assessments and triage and the formation of an action plan backed up with owner resources. They will then use case examples to illustrate how to utilize these forms.
