This course will cover common toxidromes encountered in veterinary medicine, including anticholinergic, cholinergic, sympathomimetic, opioid and hyperthermic toxidromes. Dr. Hopkins will provide an overview of mechanisms, clinical presentations, treatment, diagnostic testing and considerations for approaching decontamination and unknown toxic exposures.
