Those committing the actions are often unaware of the harm they cause. In this session, we define microaggressions, share examples of how they show up in the workplace, and discuss a framework for leaders to use when they deliver a microaggression to their colleague.

In a series of studies, we recorded all of the social behavior occurring between cats living in group housing and compared cats who were introduced at the shelter versus those who were surrendered together. Recommendations will be provided for identifying bonded pairs.
