Webinar – 3/17/21 – 15 Must-Have Code Enforcement KPIs and What They Mean for Your Agency – NACA/Justice Clearinghouse

Much of what Code Enforcement officers do, to improve the community’s quality of life, goes unseen. Which makes securing resources, managing reputations, and getting credit where credit is due – hard.

Enter Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). KPIs are mutually agreed upon metrics used to gauge success. KPIs shift conversations from opinions to facts.

At Comcate, we’ve interviewed hundreds of Code Enforcement professionals to discover the numbers that matter most. We then baked them into our new reporting engine powered by Amazon’s QuickSight Business Intelligence tool.

Join us for this webinar and learn about:

    •  How to form strong KPIs for your agency
    • 15 Code Enforcement KPIs that matter most
    • How to present KPIs to the exec team and council

A Partner Webinar is a sponsored webinar with an organization that provides products or services to the criminal justice industry.

    Webinar – 4/8/21 – Reuniting & Renesting Orphaned Wildlife – HSUS

Does your agency or organization get calls about birds and squirrels fallen out of nests, very young raccoons seen without mom, or fawns and baby rabbits alone in fields or backyards? Whether or not you respond to these types of calls or refer them to a wildlife rehabilitator, this webinar will help you determine and achieve the best outcome for these animals. (Spoiler alert: many of these baby animals are probably not actually orphaned!)
Learn how to know when intervention is necessary, how to reunite dependent young with their parents whenever possible, and how to best work with wildlife rehabilitators when reuniting is not possible. (Photo by Michelle Riley)
