2020: When plans change.

As a year complete with an ongoing pandemic, political division and social tension around systemic racism comes to an end, now is the time for reflection. Navigating the chaos has changed how animal welfare is conducted. How does that impact our strategic plans and how can we use our learnings the most impactful way possible?

Join us as we sit down with three completely different organizations and ask them all the same thing: “What does strategic planning mean to you and why is it more important now than ever?”
