Volunteers are the lifeblood of most of our organizations. But what should you do when a volunteer just isn’t “working out?”
During this webinar, we’ll discuss why it is so hard to let a volunteer go, reasons why it is a liability to continue working with a bad volunteer, communication instead of confrontation, the importance of documentation, the steps to take before reaching the point of termination and the role of exit interviews with volunteers.
This webinar has been certified by the National Animal Care & Control Association and is approved for 1 Continuing Education Unit. Please refer to your NACA membership portal for current CEU submission process. Current NACA Members who attend the live presentation or watch the recording will be able to download a jointly issued attendance certificate that includes the National Animal Care & Control Association logo.
