Being listed here does not mean that we have reviewed the material contained. We are trying to provide a variety of resources to hopefully help make your life a little easier. Maddie's Fund Presents: Dr. Michael Hennessy (Professor of Psychology, Wright State University) and Regina Willen (Founder and Director at HALO K9 Behavior) will discuss how basic scientific research informs our understanding of the stress dogs undergo in a shelter environment. They will examine immediate effects of entry to a shelter as well as potential long-term consequences.
