Viktor Frankle said it so clearly; “That which is to give light must endure burning”. We have watched so many talented and devoted caregivers in our field give up and leave our field because of compassion fatigue and burnout. Our Compassion Fatigue prevention training is designed to help you recapture your sense of purpose, joy, and hope as an animal care professional. Our training will provide evidence-based professional resiliency skills to help you manage the stress and emotional demands of your work. This course is appropriate for veterinary care professionals at any stage of their career, working in all areas of our profession.\
