Learn how to give simple tips and instructions to the public over the phone (without your having to dispatch an officer!) so that they can solve conflicts with wildlife in an effective, humane, and long-term manner.

It is important for shelters to identify and mitigate potential hazards in their work environment, pandemic or no pandemic. This session will discuss chemical, biological, and physical hazards that are commonly found in shelters and introduce measures to reduce those risks. Webinar attendees will be better able to develop and implement strategies to maximize staff health and safety.
