Being listed here does not mean that we have reviewed the material contained. We are trying to provide a variety of resources to hopefully help make your life a little easier. The AAWA Presents (fee applies): At The Association for Animal Welfare Advancement's Spring Conference on June 8-10, you’ll experience tracks aimed at specialties, like Operations, Development, Administration/Finance, Communications and Marketing. And there will always be additional general sessions designed to appeal to all attendees.
EveryCat Health Foundation Presents: This presentation will focus on newer shelter medicine approaches to URI – prevention strategies that have succeeded to the point that many shelters no longer have a “URI problem”; when to isolate affected cats and when that’s not needed; when diagnostic tests are needed and which ones are useful; when to treat and with what; and how to manage a newly adopted cat that is sneezing.
AmPa! Presents: The AmPA! weekly Maddie's Instructor Summit offers shelters and rescues a chance to talk through the most current animal sheltering challenges! Topics will change each week. You'll join AmPA! and HASS Staff and industry leaders, but, more importantly, you'll be able to engage face to face (digitally!) with people like you. Because not feeling alone makes this work a lot easier.
The Bridge Club Presents: The opportunities available to veterinary nurses and technicians is vast! In this conversation, we will highlight the newest career opportunities in companion animal and food animal practices, industry opportunities and showcase how these professionals are changing the future of veterinary medicine.
