Being listed here does not mean that we have reviewed the material contained. We are trying to provide a variety of resources to hopefully help make your life a little easier. Dogs Playing for Life Presents: At Dogs Playing for Life’s Stranger Danger webinar, hosted by Aimee Sadler, CEO and Founder of DPFL, you will learn how to work with dogs that are wary of strangers by building their confidence and helping them develop new skills which will enable them to meet new people (and potential adopters) happily and successfully!

FDSA Presents (fee applies): This webinar is intended to provide advice, interventions, and skills for individuals working with reactive or overexcited dogs. “The circle method of Loose Leash Walking” will be used to help the behavior and emotional state of reactive and over-aroused dogs by allowing them to adjust to their environment, reconnect with their handlers, and become more emotionally comfortable in the presence of specific triggers.
HASS Presents: Katherine Shenar, executive vice president for The Association for Animal Welfare Advancement, and Shelly Moore, President and CEO for Humane Society of Charlotte, North Carolina, will teach you how to identify common ground and put aside differences to accomplish more collectively than your organization could individually.
Best Friends Presents: This session will discuss why some outdoor cats are sociable and the importance of returning these community cats to their outdoor homes. You'll be given the tools you need to advocate for change at your local shelter.
VETGirl Presents (fee applies for non-members): In this VETgirl anesthesia webinar, Dr. Jane Quandt, DACVAA, DACVECC reviews the when, the where, and what to do about anesthesia complications. What is the time period where it is most likely? In this webinar, she will review how to appropriately monitor for and prevent anesthesia complications.
FDSA Presents (fee applies): This webinar is intended to expand upon the webinars: "The Fenzi Method: Cutting Corners to Loose Leash Walking!” and "Denise Fenzi's Circle Method for Basic Reactivity and Over arousal.” This webinar will provide additional advice, interventions, and problem solving strategies for individuals working with reactive or overexcited dogs who continue to struggle even after application of the basic techniques presented in the prior webinars.
